I help mountain athletes build the strength, stamina, and mobility to go hard all day and keep up with anyone on the mountain—without needing a gym or spending more than 4 hours a week training.

I’m Chris, the founder of the All-Athlete Mountain Project™.
I’ve been passionate about fitness since high school, but when I settled into my career as Director of Human Performance, life shifted into overdrive.
I was working 13-hour days, sneaking in workouts between clients, crashing in my car to recover, then partying or adventuring on weekends to make up for the burnout.
By 2019/2020 I was hooked on snowboarding and mountain sports–but COVID canceled my first Colorado trip and showed me how unsustainable my career and training really were.
Later trips to Colorado humbled me.
I wasn’t as fit as I wanted to be, and if I really wanted this lifestyle, something had to change.
I felt frustrated and embarrassed.
My body was heavier, sore, and beat down.
But I realized I didn’t need the highest highs anymore
I needed a baseline of fitness and mental health I could sustain while showing up for my friends, clients, family, and myself.
My goals were simple:
🏔️ Move to Colorado
💪🏼 Maintain year-round all-mountain fitness
💥 Build an online business helping mountain athletes do the same
At first, I thought the answer was grinding harder.
If it wasn’t 90+ minutes, it didn’t count.
All that did was leave me with nagging aches and pains, exhaustion, and self-doubt.
My “ah-ha moment” came when I realized the minimal effective dose was enough.
2-3 full-body strength sessions a week, paired with mountain sports, gave me progress AND freedom.
For the first time, training fueled my lifestyle instead of fighting against it.
It wasn’t perfect. I still battled consistency and guilt.
But the tweak that changed everything was adaptability and creating a program that fit my life.
Pairing this with consistent nutrition made the system sustainable.
The result?
I moved to Colorado, built the All-Mountain Athlete Project™, and have helped 100+ athletes build strength and stamina to crush mountain sports without burnout or being the weakest link in their group.
I don’t just coach the All-Mountain Athlete lifestyle. I live it. 🏔️
